Rebecca joined the Law Centre in 2016 as a Trainee Solicitor. She completed her Clinical Law Degree at the University of Strathclyde in 2015 and went on to complete her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice here also.
Whilst at university she was the project manager of a Public Legal Education Project which introduced her to the Law Centre and the work they do. Having joined the Law Centre she completed her Traineeship and became a Qualified Solicitor in October 2018.
Rebecca does the Sheriff Court representation on behalf of the Law Centre and represents clients in eviction cases and also Simple Procedure. She also provides advice on all benefit and housing matters. She fully supports the Law Centre ethos of bringing legal advice to the community and enjoys her outreach sessions. Outside of work Rebecca loves walking and spending time with her family and friends.
