No. We do not deal with this area of law.

MY CASE
You need to bring proof of income for you and your partner if you have one. This may be a bank statement for the last month, most recent payslip or benefit letter.
No. There is no fees payable to The Law Centre. We are paid by the Scottish Legal Aid Board. If you are not sure if you will qualify for Legal Aid please contact us to make an appointment and we can discuss your circumstances and issue.
Yes. You may make a Subject Access Request for a copy of your file and this will be provided within the legal time limit.
Yes. You will be contacted whenever there is a development in your file. We ask that you keep us up to date with any changes to circumstances of other matters relevant to your case.
Not necessarily. We are a very small team and have only 2 solicitors. This means that we will have to share the workload and may contact any client. This is especially true of case which are at court or if one of the solicitors are on annual leave.
Not without your prior consent. We are bound by confidentiality and will only share your details or information about your case after you have signed a specific mandate allowing us to do so.
