Since graduating LLB and Diploma in Legal Practice from Dundee University in 1988, Kenneth has worked as a solicitor in both the private and public sectors. He has spent 25 years working at Dundee Law Centre (previously known as Dundee North Law Centre).
He has specialist expertise in:
- Housing Law, with an emphasis on defending those at risk of being evicted from their home.
- Debt recovery, from a debtor’s point of view.
- Social Security law.
He has lived in Dundee since 1988 and now knows Dundee as well as he does in his hometown of Stirling. Having worked for the Law Centre for 25 years he has contributed to supporting thousands of Dundee Citizens over the years; preventing them from becoming homeless and enabling them to start their lives over as they manage debt and gain access to the welfare benefits, they are entitled to.
Kenneth’s passion for the Social Welfare area of Law is lived through the values he demonstrates every day. Kenneth leads by example and supports a legal team of dynamic and motivated professionals who are passionate about the citizens of Dundee gaining access to Social Justice.
