Due to the dangers of the new Omicron variant of Covid-19, and in line with guidance from the Scottish Government, we are taking additional precautions to keep our staff and clients safe.

With immediate effect, our office is closed to the public and our staff are partially working from home again. Unfortunately, we are unable to see clients in our office or out in the community at present. If you have an appointment with a solicitor, this will now take place by telephone and our team will contact you to confirm arrangements. If you are an existing client and need to speak to us, please contact us to arrange a telephone appointment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take on any new clients from now until at least 1 February 2022 unless you have received Court or Tribunal papers or if your Landlord is trying to evict you. The situation will be regularly reviewed and we will update our Facebook page if there are any changes to this. If you would like to make an appointment for after that date, please contact us and our team will be happy to help.
